For customized products such as wedding stationery:

1. ADD your product listing(s) to the shopping cart and proceed through checkout.

2. ADD customized event details in the "Note to Gawk Stationery" during the checkout process.

3. EXPECT a mock-up of your customized design within 2 business days. Once I receive your written approval your product will be delivered by digital download link on Dropbox.

If your order includes customization you will receive a mock-up of your design within 2 business days unless otherwise specified on your listing.

Two complimentary rounds of revisions come with each customized listing and each will be completed within 1 business daY of receiving edits. An additional service charge of $15.00 will be billed for any further changes.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO PROOF READ YOUR TEXT, especially place names, addresses and event dates and times.

Once your final approval is received in writing your order fully processed and print ready digital files will be delivered by digital download link on Dropbox.

All mock-ups provided during the design phase are low resolution, and are not suitable for printing.

Print ready file are not editable so you will not be able to add any additional text or elements after the download.

Home printing is available on selected listings; you will receive a high resolution 300 dpi PDF file with RGB color profile suitable for home printers.

Files requiring professional offset printing you will be delivered in high resolution, 300 dpi PDF file with CMYK color profile suitable for 4 color offset printing.

If your offset printer requires a specific file type just let me know.

All items are shipped with tracking if destined within continental North America. Transit time is estimated at 6-10 business days but GAWK is not responsible for delays due to customs or weather.

International shipping costs do not include tracking due to the high cost of this service. International shipments are done so at the buyers risk, unless upgraded to include tracking. Contact me for more details.
